Heart Chakra Self-Love Re-Treat
Sunday, April 14th 11am-5pm
In the contemporary interpretation of the Ayurvedic seven-chakra system, the heart chakra is the bridge between your physical and spiritual being. It represents the opening of feelings, compassion, and the capacity to love.
When your heart chakra is unblocked, you will feel open to all experiences in life, and it will feel like challenges, especially in relationships, flow through you and are resolved with ease.
An open heart chakra allows us to see all of the beauty and love around us, and truly connect to ourselves, our loved ones, and the natural world.
Heart Opening Cacao Ceremony 11-11:15am Cacao’s heart-opening properties are often attributed to its high levels of theobromine, a mild stimulant that’s believed to temporarily boost mood. I mean, we all LOVE to eat chocolate, right?
Heart Chakra Yoga Movement 11:15-11:45am This yoga movement practice is a form of nourishment for your true self. Chest opening poses resonate with your heart chakra, as you are guided into your own inner flow of release and re-connection.
Crystal Heart Healing Workshop 12-2pm This class will focus on how to heal and open the heart chakra, working with it physically, emotionally, mentally and etherically. All participants will receive a kit including crystal point, tumbled rose quartz stones, rhodonite and golden healer quartz to keep close to their heart during their daily practices.
Shop, Create, Relax 2-3pm Shop our special crystal and stone collection exclusively for this event. Create something from your heart with materials and ideas inspired by all things lovely. Relax in our zero gravity massage chair or infrared sauna.
Didgeridoo Heart Meditation w/ Himalayan Singing Bowls 3-4:30pm This workshop offers an introduction to the therapeutic principles of the didgeridoo and didgeridoo sound therapy and gives a basic overview of the heart chakra and its qualities and attributes.
Closing Ceremony 4:45-5pm Symbolically leave behind the stories, relationships, or dreams you’ve outgrown as you continue to grow in your journey of creating a meaningful, fulfilling future…
